On the surface, things are going well, but you’ve felt anxious for a long time. Or it feels like you’re in a constant battle with your child and you’re desperate to figure out why and what to do. Whether you’re the person wanting help, a child, parent, or couple, my office is a safe space when you decide you are ready for a change. We will work together to determine your goals and where you would like to start. Although I have a variety of experience with different ages, identities, and needs, my experience has been primarily with neurodivergent children and women as well as men struggling with substance abuse.

As a neurodivergent practitioner, I know how hard it can be to find the right therapist to work with when it feels like you’re navigating a world that wasn’t built for you. With both lived and professional experience, I use a strengths-based perspective to validate the struggles neurodivergence brings while promoting accountability toward your goals.

I am so glad you’re here – you’ve taken the first step and that’s something to be proud of! No two people are the same, which is why it is so important to meet you where you’re at and your individual needs. Your experiences are valid, and my goal is to help you feel empowered to address and work toward your goals in a non-judgmental and compassionate space.
