Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

Life can become difficult and overwhelming at times. In coping with day-to-day life, it is easy to lose track of one’s sense of self, personal motivations, and true values. It is my passion to work with clients to utilize their personal strengths and find fulfillment in life. I am a board-certified and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who utilizes systemic analysis to help clients understand how their lives are impacted by the roles they play throughout various relationships. In addition, I utilize a solution-focused approach to help clients to better focus on what they genuinely want to accomplish in life. My hope is for clients to approach each day with a sense of optimism rather than apprehension, anxiety, or dread.

I have six years of experience working with children (ages 10+), adolescents, families, couples, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and substance use issues. I am open to working with clients from all walks of life. I am invested in creating a shame-free and culturally sensitive environment, that can serve as a beneficial space for growth and healing. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, and I look forward to learning from and with clients. I want to help clients to establish authentic identities that are in keeping with the personal values that they wish to uphold.
