Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT

Feeling stuck and overwhelmed is a normal part of life. Sometimes you can get back on track by working through things with your partner, your family, or others in your support system. Sometimes you need a deeper level of support to reconnect to more hopeful feelings. Feeling safe to explore risky and uncomfortable feelings and having them validated is an important part of therapy. I work to create a space where everyone present is listened to and really heard in a safe and respectful way.

As a systems therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I can help you identify and change patterns that keep you stuck. We can explore ways to improve communication, increase understanding, and create positive new connections. I can also help you discover effective ways of dealing with new stress created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Looking for a therapist is also a sign of hope, something here is not feeling good and I (we) would like some help to make my (our) connections with the world more fulfilling. I can help you move in that direction. Let’s explore working together.
