The path from mental illness to mental wellness is not one size fits all. Sometimes we take steps in the right direction, and then there are times we have to backtrack in order to move forward again.

I come from the understanding that the journey is more important than the destination. I offer services to those who would like me to assist them with that journey.

Whether it’s feelings of sadness, overwhelming worries, or repeated experiences. I emphasize strengths, and utilize strategies within.

I work with individuals, families, and couples.  I  work with people between the ages of 13 – 50. Issues addressed are anxiety, depression, and experiences of trauma.

The modalities I utilize include but are not limited to:

    Psychodynamic Therapy

    CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

    Narrative Therapy

    Relational therapy

I consider myself an unconventional therapist, and enjoy working with people who feel they don’t fit within the norms of society.
