Saundra Bryant-Lamb, MSW, LICSW, Ed.D
I am a LICSW/ Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker in Minnesota with over 20 years of experience. I also have a Doctorate in Education and Leadership. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting issues, hospice, career challenges, trauma, and ADHD. I also work with those who have experienced emotional abuse and sexual addiction.
My therapy style is responsive, warm, inclusive, empathetic, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing or labels. My theoretical orientation is eclectic. It is combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic, rational-emotive, and client center approaches. I tailor dialog and treatment to meet the unique and specific needs of my clients; utilizing the necessary treatment modality needed.
It takes courage to take steps towards developing a fulfilling and happier lifestyle. If you are ready, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
