Teresa Winston, MA, BCS, LPCC & Owner

I am President and Owner of Winston Behavioral Healthcare, PSC (WBH). I am a licensed provider in the state of Minnesota and Ohio holding a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling & Marriage & Family Therapy. I have an undergraduate degree in Early Child Development and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, Minnesota teaching in the Psychology Department.

My specialty is anxiety and depression. I work with adults 18+, adolescents starting at age 12, couples, and families. My approach is eclectic. This means, I use techniques drawn from many sources and adapted to each clients’ needs. I believe that all people are valuable and unique & should be treated with dignity and respect. I will meet you where you are in life, motivate, and encourage you to fulfill your goals.
