Tia Momoh, MA, Mental Health Practitioner
As we journey through life, we carry with us experiences that shape the person we are and the person we become. Some of those experiences are positive and some of those experiences are negative. It can be difficult to explore our thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are painful. No matter where you are or how deep the darkness seems, you don’t have to walk through it alone. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues—together, we can look at the bigger picture and come up with an action plan to help you work toward your goals and prioritize what matters to you most.
As a second generation Nigerian American, I take pride in the duality and complexity of my identity.
