As a second generation Nigerian American, I take pride in the duality and complexity of my identity. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and learning about the lived experiences of others. I specialize in helping individuals (ages 11+) navigate life’s challenges.  I utilize emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy, and strength-based interventions to help clients reach their goals.
